Our portfolio is comprised of mature and established businesses, typically with small ownership groups looking to be acquired, recapitalized or simply to find a better exit strategy to ensure the extension of their family legacy. We typically focus on positive cashflow companies under $50M in ARR located in the center of the country. Our team has experience both personally and as advisors and investors in legacy businesses to ensure a successful exit for firms within these parameters.
